How do I get a cabin?
Sign up for one when you pre-pay! There is no way to get a bed in a cabin, if you don’t prepay first.

What are the alcohol and smoking policies?
Alcohol is allowed (no selling alcohol). No smoking within 10 feet of buildings (including cabins).
Are there CPAP and other power considerations?
Cabins are powered, consideration will be provided for needs during cabin allottment- please note your need on the pre-pay form!
What if I didn't fill out the cabin info, when I pre registered?
That’s alright. Just click this button and it’ll take you to the Cabin info form. Please keep in mind, if you have not prepaid for a cabin, you will not be allotted a spot in one until you do so.
How late can I stay on a day pass?
The PacWar team requests you be offsite by 11:59pm of the day you’ve paid for. If you end up staying into the next day, you need to stop by gate by 11am to update your pass information, pay for the next day, and get a new wrist band.
What is the Youth Policy
Aside from the basic Amtgard Youth Policy, we have some ground rules as well.
- Note for youth activities:
- Children under 18 need to have a parent or designated adult accompanying them to any scheduled activity, per Amtgard International policy.
- Children under 12 must have a parent or designated adult in line of sight at all times on site.
- Please drink responsibly and if you are offering alcohol or recreational substances, please ensure the recipient is of a legal age to consume it. Anyone found contributing to the delinquency of a minor will be immediately ejected from site and reported.
Can I assign someone to be my child's guardian?
Yes. You can ask someone to watch over your child. All parties involved must be aware of the situation, meaning the parent, the child, and the temporary guardian.
