This page will be updated with Volunteer positions, as they come available. If you’re not sure what you want to do or you’d like to volunteer in a position that isn’t listed, please check out the General Volunteer form and let Emmering know!

It should go without saying, each volunteer position does require you to stay sober, while on your shift.

Volunteer Center

Gate Shifts

Lead Crat: Falcon Moonsdotter
Co-Crat: Keriz

When it comes to Gate, you will need to agree to be sober (from anything). Shifts will be 2hrs each. You will need to decide if you want to be a Money Handler or Admin. If you are Admin, you will not handle money at all. Monday Handler will need to stay at Gate until the money count at the end of each shift. Admin will be responsible for checking ID’s for bracelets. If you have further questions, please just ask.


Lead Crat: Bahamut

Bahamut is looking for Reeves and Counters for the whole tournament. Each shift will be 2hrs long. If you’re requesting for a Reeve position, please be away you will need to Reeve Certified.


Lead Crat: Bahamut

Bahamut is looking for three people to stay after the event and do a thorough pick up and final clean.


Lead Crat: Chicory

Folks interested in leading ithras OR helping clean and move equipment for ithras should message me. Also anyone who wants to be a wandering performer/entertainer.


Lead Crat: Brago Bloodrunner

Shifts will depend on amount of volunteers
Restrictions: MUST be sober(not under the influence of anything)during shift
Must meet with Brago before and after shift
